We want you to be happy with your kalep purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items under the conditions below.
1. Return window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.
2. Condition of items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused, unwashed, and unworn (except for trying on).
In their original condition, with all tags and packaging attached.
Free from stains, odors, or any signs of wear.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non‑returnable items
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may be final sale (for example: discounted items, accessories, or special collaborations).
Any such items will be clearly marked as “Final Sale” at checkout and cannot be returned or refunded.
4. Return process
Submit a return request via our returns portal or customer service (insert your email or link).
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a return shipping label.
Pack your item(s) securely and drop the parcel off with the designated carrier.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.
6. International returns and shipping label deduction
For international orders, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount.
The deduction will be clearly shown during the return process or communicated by our team before you confirm the return.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid at delivery are non‑refundable and may not be recoverable from your local customs office.
7. Exchanges
At this time, we (do/do not) offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, please place a new order and return your original item for a refund.
8. Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
